摘要
介绍了杭州湾观光塔铸钢下节点1∶4缩尺模型试验情况,运用有限元软件ANSYS对下节点进行真实试验状态的模拟分析并与试验结果进行验证。分析过程发现,真实的试验状态的模拟即真实约束的施加是铸钢节点有限元分析结果是否正确的关键。验证结果表明有限元建模方法正确,计算结果可靠,与试验吻合良好,从而为工程设计、分析提供参考。
Experimental study of the lower cast-steel joints designed at the middle of the Sightsee Tower in Hangzhou Bay is introduced. By use of ANSYS, the real experimental status of cast-steel joints is considered in the analysis of the lower cast-steel joints. The real constraint of the experimental status is the key of the finite element analysis of the cast-steel joints. The results, compared with the experiment, show that the modeling method is correct. It can be referrence to the structure design.
