摘要
用ELISA法检测IDDM、NIDDM患者和正常对照者各30例的IL-2和SIL-2R的变化。发现IDDM组外周血单个核细胞产生IL-2水平明显低于NIDDM组和正常对照组,而其SIL-2R水平明显高于NIDDM和正常对照组。细胞因子变化与血糖、血脂、尿蛋白含量无相关关系。认为IL-2与SIL-2R系统的异常与糖尿病控制状态无关,可能是受自身免疫功能紊乱的影响。
Levels of IL-2/SIL-2R in 60 diabetic patients and 30 normal controls were determined. Production of IL-2 by PBMC was significantly decreased in patients with IDDM compared with the controls and NID-DM, but levels of SIL-2R in IDDM were the highest among three groups. The secretion of cytokines by PBMC was found unrelated to the blood sugar, triglyceridemia and urinary protein. These results suggested that levels of IL-2/SIL-2R were unrelated to the control state of diabetes. They may be affected by auto-immunity function.
