社会主义和谐社会视阈中的高等教育公平问题

On the Problem of Higher Education Justice in the Socialist Harmonious Society

高等教育公平是社会公平在教育领域的延伸,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容和基础,也是推动和谐社会建设的重要力量。由于我国现有的教育资源还不能满足全社会所有人的需要,高等教育存在资源配置不均衡、高考制度不完善、城乡和贫富差异造成入学机会不均等等不符合和谐社会要求的现象。为了推进社会主义和谐社会伟大事业,应为高等教育提供充分的物质基础,完善高等教育政策、加强教育立法、充分发挥高等教育公平在和谐社会建设中的积极作用。

As the extension of social justice in the educational field, higher education justice is the important power, content and basis for constructing the socialist harmonious society. For the reason that China＇s present educational resources are far less to meet the masses＇ needs, higher education resource allocation is unbalanced, the matriculation system is not perfect, the difference between urban and rural areas and the polarization between the poor and the rich are still obvious. To promote the great cause of constructing the socialist harmonious society, the state shall provide sufficient material basis for higher education, perfect the higher education policies, strengthen the education legislation and give full play to the positive role of higher education justice.
