摘要
佛山家具制造业是佛山经济的支柱产业之一。然而,从2004年春季开始的"民工荒",导致该行业许多企业减产或停产,给佛山家具制造业敲响了一记警钟。如何才能吸引和留住员工,成为企业生存和发展的头等大事。权威机构的研究表明,高的员工流失率和低的员工满意度是紧密相关的。以佛山某家具公司的所有员工为调查对象进行调查分析和研究,可以看出影响佛山家具制造业员工满意度的因素,主要是领导关心、酬薪福利、参与管理、工作生活环境、人际氛围。因此,企业在这些方面的改进能显著地提高员工满意度,提高员工的对工作的敬业度和对公司的忠诚度。
Furniture industry has been a pillar of Foshan' s economy. However, the problem ot insufficient laborers happening in the spring of 2004 has made many furniture enterprises fall into drop or stop of production and thus, shall be paid much attention to. How to keep laborers staying in such enterprises has become the most important matter for their survival and development. According to an authoritative survey, the high rate of employees' dropout is closely connected with the low degree of their satisfaction. From the angle of employees' degree of satisfaction, we find out the main factors affecting their degree of satisfaction: leaders' care, salary and welfare, participation in management, working environment and human relationship. Improving employees' degree of satisfaction may strengthen their professional dedication and loyalty.
