摘要
对网络化制造环境下基于收入共享的供应链契约问题进行研究,建立了供应链契约模型,模型中引入惩罚因子,以此分析博弈过程中的利润损失。在以制造商为主导的契约模式下,从收入共享契约的角度研究制造商和零售商组成的二级供应链;通过Stackelberg博弈分析,阐述收入分享比例、订货量、批发价格等相关参数对利润函数的影响,提出分散供应链和集中供应链两种情况下制造商和零售商之间博弈协调策略。最后通过MATLAB数值仿真,得到这种契约模式下的博弈结果,仿真结果也表明了惩罚因子对供应链利润有较大的影响。
According to the characteristic of networked manufacturing, the supply chain revenue-sharing contract model was established. The punishment factor was imported to the model. It was used to analyze the profit loss in the game theory process. Based on the manufacture leading revenue-sharing contract, the two-stage supply chain which is composed of manufacturer and retailer was researched. Through Stackelberg game analysis, some factors such as revenue-sharing proportion, order quantity, wholesale price were discussed. These factors can influence the supply chain profits. Then the coordination strategies were found under the dispersed supply chain and integrated supply chain. By using MATLAB-based numerical simulation, the game results were got in this kind of contract. The simulation results prove that the punishment factor can greatly influence the supply chain profits.
