摘要
就目前国内旋转式全自动吹瓶机使用的开合模凸轮导轨系统进行了阐述。引入矢量法的设计思想对凸轮的设计进行优化,使得开合模机械系统在旋转式吹瓶机高速运行时能平稳运转,大大提高了吹瓶机的机械速度和运行效率。
The cam rail systems for opening-moulds in fully-automatic rotary bottle blowing machines in China are described. By introducing the vector method, the design of the cams is optimized to make the opening-mould mechanical systems work smoothly when the bottle blowing machines are running at high speed, thus greatly improving the mechanical speed and operating efficiency of these machines.
