摘要
通过组织分离空心莲子草叶片和茎秆,得到8种不同形态的菌株,鉴定菌株A、B、C分别为链格孢菌,镰刀菌和葡萄孢菌,D为未知真菌(没有产孢),E、F、G、H均为细菌。将上述分离获得的菌株分别接种PDA平板上培养3 d后,用无菌水冲下,以喷雾器喷洒到健康的空心莲子草植株叶片上,记录发病情况,结果表明,菌株B和H对空心莲子草的生长有抑制作用,其中B的作用并不明显,发病率仅为4%,而H则对空心莲子草的生长有着较强的抑制作用,其发病率达到了59.6%。
8 kinds of different micro-organisms were attained by the use of tissue isolation method in philoxeroides hollow leaves and stems. Strains A, B and C were identified to be Alternatrina sp, Fusarium sp and Botrytis sp, Strain D is a kind of fungus;strains E, F, G, H are bacteria. These strains were inoculated to PDA stabs for 3 days and washed down,then they were insuffulated into hollow philoxeroides leaves, then recorded the case of deseases. The result showed strains B and H inhibited the Alternanthera philoxeroides on the growth, but not so obviously on strain B, only with 4% of incidence rate; strain B inhibited Alternanthera philoxeroides strongly with 59.6% of incidence rate.
