射频消融对大鼠肝脏组织IL-10水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 探讨射频消融(RFA)前后大鼠肝脏局部组织白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化及其临床意义。用30只健康SD大鼠随机分为RFA后1周组和2周组及对照组,每组10只,RFA组分别在RFA后1周及2周处死,对照组不作RFA即处死,取RFA灶周边0.5cm范围肝组织(对照组取正常肝组织),采用密度梯度离心法分离肝组织单个核细胞,应用流式细胞术检测IL-10水平。结果表明:对照组大鼠肝组织IL-10水平为94.9±2.1μg/L;RFA组RFA后1周组为93.3±2.2μg/L,2周后为72.9±10.5μg/L。RFA后2周组与对照组比较IL-10水平降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。RFA后1周组与对照组比较无显著性差异。RFA后大鼠RFA灶肝组织IL-10水平降低,推断可能削弱IL-10对树突状细胞分化成熟的抑制作用。 To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation(RFA)of rat liver on IL-10 levels,thirty SD rats were divided into three groups.Liver tissue around the local area of control group without RFA,group A(one week after RFA) and group B(2 weeks after RFA) were taken out respectively.The levels of IL-10 in liver tissue were determined by flowcytometry.The results showed that the IL-10 level in liver tissue of control group was 94.9±2.1μg/L,and the IL-10 levels in local area around RFA focus in group A and group B were 93.3±2.2μg/L and 72.9±10.7μg/L,respectively.The IL-10 levels in group B which two weeks after RFA were significantly lower than that of in control group(P〈0.05).There was no difference between group A and group B.The results were indicated that the decreased IL-10 level after RFA may reduce the IL-10 inhibition effect on the differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells.
