Linearity Evaluation of Clinical Chemiluminescence Examination and Its Application

摘要 探讨EP6-A、CAP-IRC和改良的Doumas等三种线性评价方法的区别和适用性及在化学发光检验中的应用。采用CAP-IRC、EP6-A、改良的Doumas等三种方法对8个化学发光检验项目进行线性评价,比较评价结果的异同。结果显示:在8个化学发光检验项目中,EP6-A方法和CAP-IRC方法均有5个可直接判断为线性,2个为临床可接受线性,1个为非线性;改良的Doumas方法有3个为线性,5个为非线性。结论:改良的Doumas方法不适用于临床化学发光检验线性评价。 To explore the difference and adaptivity of three linearity evaluation methods and their application in clinical chemiluminescence examination,the linearity evaluation of 8 clinical chemiluminescence items were carried out with CAP-IRC,EP6-A and modified Doumas method.The results showed that 5 of 8 chemiluminescence items were evaluated direct linearity,2 items were clinical acceptable linearity,1 item were nonlinearity with EP6-A and CAP-IRC method.In modified Doumas method,3 of 8 items were linearity,5 items were nonlinearity.The modified Doumas method was not suitable for linearity evaluation of clinical chemiluminescence.
