摘要
文中首先介绍了相关流量测量技术的原理,据此研制了由28电导式相关流量计,并已经成功获得现场应用。然后,针对现有相关流量计不能实现单芯数据传输的难题,提出了由38电导式相关流量计,该仪器能够在并下实现两路相关流量信号的采集和互相关运算,并将处理结果转换为频率信号输出;在垂直和水平条件下油水两相流模拟井动态实验结果表明,该仪器输出响应和流量间存在着良好的线性关系。最后,在水平油气水三相流条件下进行了模拟实验,得到了电导式相关流量计的响应特性。
Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of the conductance flow measurement technology based on the cross-correlation theory.Theφ28 conductance flowmeter has been designed and applied in the oilfield successfully.Secondly,aiming at the problem of irrealizable single -core data transmission of the flowmeter currently used,a newφ38 conductance flowmeter is proposed,with which the up-stream and down-stream fluid flowing signals were sampled and calculated in cross-correlation,and the results are transferred into frequency signals to the host computer.The dynamic experiments in horizontal and vertical wells of oil-water phase flow indicate that the output response of the apparatus is linear with the flowate.Finally,the conductance flowmeter is tried in horizontal oil-gas-water three phase flow,and the response characteristics are derived.
