CBCT与螺旋CT对颞颌关节成像的比较

Compare the images of two kinds of CT reconstruction of temporomandibular joint (TMJ)

目的:通过锥体束CT(CBCT)与螺旋CT对颞颌关节成像的比较,探讨CBCT影像与螺旋CT对颞下颌关节成像大体解剖结构的一致性;通过比较分析研究CBCT在颞下颌关节检查成像中的临床诊断意义。方法:对1名成人通过严格的TMJ临床检查为健康关节志愿者在同一时间行CBCT与螺旋CT扫描,并进行分析。结果:CBCT与螺旋CT二者重建的解剖形态影像基本一致。受检者的影像均可较清晰再现颞下颌关节结构形态及相对位置关系。结论:比较证实CBCT能准确反映颞下颌关节解剖形态,具有广泛的临床应用前景。

Objective： To establish the method of reconstruction of temporomandibular joint （TMJ） by two kinds of CT and to evaluate the accuracy of these methods. To evaluate the clinical value of this method in human TMJ conditions. Methods： One healthy subject was taken two kinds of CT scanning and the images were obtained. Results： The images and anatomical structures of the patient were very similar. And the images of the human TMJ can improve the visualization of the main components of the TMJ. Conclusions： The reconstruction method can show the TMJ anatomical structures accurately and could be widely used in the future clinical practice.
