纤维强化硬质树脂粘结桥修复前牙缺失的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价纤维加强的硬质树脂粘结桥修复前牙缺失的临床效果。方法:收集我院口腔科门诊31例单个前牙缺失患者,其中25例无需磨牙或磨切少量牙,6例磨切约0.8mm牙体组织,以达到需要的咬合间隙,对31例单个前牙缺失病例,采用玻璃纤维作支架加强的dialogR硬质树脂粘结桥进行修复。结果:经12-50个月的临床随访观察,27例复诊的病人粘结桥修复体无松动、无脱粘、折裂和过度磨耗,无继发龋,修复体边缘无明显染色,粘结界面良好,色泽稳定,美观效果好。结论:纤维强化硬质树脂粘结桥间接修复体具有良好的抗磨性能,机械强度高,色泽稳定,对基牙损伤小,无金属,就诊次数少,椅旁操作时间短,坚固,美观,是一种单个前牙缺失希望固定修复又要求少磨牙患者的首选治疗方法。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of restoring anterior teeth loss with glass fiber reinforced solid composite resin-bonded fixed partial denture (GFRSC-RBFPD). Methods: GFRSC-RBFPDs were manufactured with STICK glass fiber and dialogR solid composite resins, and were bonded with alpha-dental Rdual cure composite luting cement system. We applied GFRSC-RBFPD indirect restoration to 31 patients. Results: During 12-50 months follow-up, 27(87.1%) patients have further consultation with a doctor, 27 GFRC-RBFPDs had no signs of loosening, debonding, fracture, excessive wear, secondary caries, margin dying of restoration and exhibited good margins and composite luting-cement interface, unchanged color, good esthetic effects. Conclusions: The GFRSC-RBFPD indirect restorating technique is the prevailing treatment method for patients with single anterior loss who were subjected to fixed partial denture, which had good weara- bility, high mechanical strength, no damage to abutment and no-metal, few subsequent visit, short chairside time and good esthetic appearance.
