热等离子体技术已经成为材料科学中不可或缺的一部分,本文介绍了常见的热等离子体发生装置,对热等离子体在喷涂、化学气相沉积、合成超细粉、切割、焊接、表面淬火以及材料熔炼等方面的应用作了概括性介绍。
Thermal plasma technology plays an irreplaceable role in material processing.Common thermal plasma devices and the use of thermal plasma in spraying,chemical vapor deposition,synthesizing fine particles,splitting,welding,quenching and melting materials were separately introduced.
