摘要
陶瓷是当代三大固态工程材料之一,为使陶瓷在更大范围内达到实用化,必须解决陶瓷的脆性。本文阐述了陶瓷断裂和增韧机理,并分别介绍了用SiC的三种形态增强陶瓷韧性和纳米材料添加陶瓷改性的方法。
Cerarmic is one of the three solid engineering materials. In order to enlarge its application range, the fragility of ceramics must be solved. In this work, the fracture and toughness reinforce mechanism of ceramic is introduced, and SiC and nanomaterials are used for ceramics modification.
