摘要
以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,分别研究了不同粒度的蓝晶石对铝矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明,铝矾土基喷涂料经过1300℃和1500℃热处理后,线膨胀率随着蓝晶石粒度的增大而增大。铝矾土基喷涂料经过1500℃热处理后,体积密度随着蓝晶石粒度的增大而减小。铝矾土基喷涂料经过1000℃、1300℃和1500℃热处理后,抗折强度和耐压强度随着蓝晶石粒度的增大而减小。粗粒蓝晶石莫来石化的结束温度要高于细粒蓝晶石。
Effect of different particle sizes of kyanite on properties of bauxite based gunning refractory were investigated with bauxite as raw materials, calcium aluminate cement as binders. The results show that the expansion of bauxite based gunning refractory increases with the increasing of the particle size ofkyanite after 1 300℃ and 1 500℃. The bulk density of bauxite based gtmning refractory decreases with the increasing of the particle size of kyanite after 1 500℃. The modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength of bauxite based gunning refractory decreases with the increasing of the particle size of kyanite after 1 000℃, 1 300 ℃and 1 500℃. The end temperature of tuming to mullite of big particle size kyanite is higher than small particle size kyanite.
