代际收入流动与收入不平等问题研究

收入不平等代际转移是一个极有趣的研究主题,事实上,所有研究者讲述的都是一个不平等背后的家庭故事,其深层的理念是寻求一种平等机会与经济正义的社会实现。Becker and Tomes"效用最大化的家庭行为"模型为不平等的代际转移分析提供了基本的理论思考框架。此后,国外研究者展开了大量的实证研究,主要包括代际收入弹性研究,代际收入传递机制研究,代际收入流动趋势及国际比较研究等。国内学界应从理论模型的建构、经验研究的进展等方面予以重视和借鉴。

The intergenerational mobility of income inequality is an extremely interesting research subject. In fact, all researchers are telling some family stories behind the income inequality. The model of ＂analysis of family behavior＂ by Becker and Tomes provides a founda tion for theoretical consideration of intergenerational income mobility, hereafter, the over seas researchers have launched massive empirical studies, mainly including the intergenera tional income elasticity, intergenerational income transmission mechanism, the trends in in tergenerational income mobility, as well as international comparison of intergenerational income mobility and so on. This paper explores the theoretical model, the advances of the em pirical studies, and what we should learn from other countries.
