收治我国首例甲型H1N1流感患者病区管理的应对措施

The practice of ward management in the response of the first case of influenza A-H1N1 in China

目的探讨收治甲型H1N1流感患者的病区管理,为今后的护理工作提供借鉴和参考。方法在收治我国首例甲型H1N1流感患者的护理工作中,病区从环境、人员、物品管理等方面加强管理,严格执行消毒隔离制度。结果患者住院8 d,康复出院,未发生与护理相关的并发症,医护人员无一例感染。结论面对突发疫情,病区制订并实施了有效的应对措施,对切断甲型H1N1流感在医院内的传播途径、确保医务人员、住院患者的安全,具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To explore the methods of ward management in the response of the first case of influenza A - H1N1. Methods The copxng strategies in the response of the first case of influenza A - H1N1 in the ward management included strengthening the management of environment,personnel,materiais and instruments,as well as implementing disinfection and isolation regulations strictly. Result The patient was hospitalized for 8 days and discharged without complications and hospital infection, Conclusion Effective coping strategies in the ward management can cut the cross - infection means of influenza A - H1N1 within the hospital,ensure the safety of medical personnel and hospitalized patients.
