摘要 通过对近几年来糖尿病健康教育有关文献回顾,从健康教育的研究方法、对象、教育实施地点、干预措施及内容、效果评价方面进行了综述。糖尿病健康教育研究方法包括量性研究和质性研究;对象包括糖尿病患者、家属、糖尿病前期高危人群;实施地点扩大至社区;干预内容及措施多样化;评价指标包括临床生物学、教育学、社会心理学、经济学标准。 This paper summarized the research methods, subjects, settings, contents, means and effect evaluation index of health education in diabetic patients. The research methods inlcuded quantitative and qualitative research;the subjects involved diabetic patients, relatives and high risk populations ;the settings of health education extended to community;the contents and means of health education were diversified;the effect evaluation index focused on bioclinical, pedagogical, psychosocial and economic criteria.
