The risk factors and coping strategies in nursing safety management based on case analysis

目的提高护理安全管理意识和法律意识,保障护理安全。方法结合案例进行剖析,探讨护理工作中存在的安全隐患、成因及其管理对策。结果护理安全和法律意识不足,涉及护理安全的诉讼和高额赔偿案时有发生。结论护理管理要确立依法管理理念,把培养护理安全意识、弥补漏洞和健全防范体系作为管理工作的重点。

Objective To strengthen safety management awareness and legal awareness,and to ensure nurse safety. Method The risk factors, reasons and coping management strategies in nursing work were analyzed based on case analysis. Result Some nursing disputes and high compensation events often occurred due to deficiency of nursing safety awareness and legal awareness among nurses. Conclusion Nursing management should be implemented in accordance with the law and focus on the training of nursing safety awareness and the formulation of nursing safety management system.
