我院护理部在社区护理管理工作中的实践与效果

The practice and effect of community nursing management

目的探讨护理部社区护理管理方法,提高社区护理质量。方法健全社区护理管理体制;制订各类人员职责;加强社区护士培训;完善社区护理质量控制标准;护理部加强督导与控制。结果社区居民对社区护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.01);社区护士的理论及操作成绩明显提高(P<0.01)。结论重视并规范社区护理管理,可以提高社区居民对护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the management methods in community nursing and improve the quality of community nursing. Methods The nursing depart- ment improved community nursing management system ,formulated duties and responsibilities of various levels of nurses,strengthened community nurse training, formulated quality control standards, enhanced supervision and control in community nursing. Results This practice increased the community residents＇ satisfaction with community nurses （ P 〈0. 05 ） , improved community nurses＇ performance in theory and skills examination （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Strengthening and standardizing community nursing management can increase community residents＇ satisfaction.
