摘要
目的探索临床护理专项技术支持中心的有效组织管理形式。方法成立7个临床护理专项技术支持小组,制订了工作职责、服务范围、工作流程,并严密组织实施。结果提高了护理队伍的整体技术水平和护理质量,提高了医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。结论临床护理专项技术支持中心的建立,是医院护理组织工作的创新,是大型综合性医院护理技术建设的重要手段。
Objecive To explore the effective organization and management mode of special technical support center for clinical nursing. Method Seven clinical nursing special technical support teams were set up. The work responsibility ,scope of service and work flow were formulated and implemented in clinical nursing. Results This practice improved the whole level of nurses' techniques and quality of nursing,increased doctors' and patients' satisfaction with nursing work. Conclusion The establishment of clinical nursing special technical support center is an innovation in nursing management and an important means of technical construction in large - scale general hospitals.
