摘要
通过显微组织观察、电子探针及X射线结构分析研究了稀土元素对铁基粉末冶金材料碳氮共渗的影响。结果表明,稀土元素能明显提高共渗速率,渗层深度和材料致密度,并能显著提高共渗层的显微硬度及耐磨性能。
The influence of rare earth elements on the carbonitriding layer of iron base P/M materials was studied by means of microscope, EPMA and X ray diffraction.The results showed that the rare earth elements can enhance the carbonitriding rate greatly,the depth of carbonitriding layer and increase greatly the materials′ density, micro hardness and wear resistance.
