摘要
研究了Cr12钢淬火软点的组织特征、产生原因、影响因素以及防止措施。结果表明,提高淬火油的特性温度,改善加热盐浴的流动性,增强冷却介质的搅动程度或使用低温硝盐作冷却介质都能有效地防止Cr12钢淬火软点。
This paper deals with the quenching soft spot of Cr12 steel,and its structural characteristics,causes,influence factors and prevention measures The result of the experiments and our analysis shows that the increase of the characteristic temperature of quenching oil,improvement of the flowabitity of heated salt bath,strengthening of the stirring degree of quenchant,or using low temperature nitrate as quenchant are all effective measures to prevent the quenching soft spot of Cr12 steel
