镀铝用铸铁坩埚组织与性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对热浸镀铝的服役条件,从耐浸蚀性、抗氧化性及高温强度三个方面对铸铁组织及性能进行了研究。认为细小均匀分布的A型石墨对提高耐铝液浸蚀性能有重要作用,铬可以提高高温氧化性能及高温强度。试验结果表明,碳的适宜含量为29%~31%,铬的适宜含量为10%~12%。 Abstract According to service conditions of the hot dip process for Al Plating ,the microstructure and properties of cast iron have been studied from the aspect of the erosion resistance,oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperature.The uniformly distributed Atype graphite was found having a important effect for increasing erosion resistance to Al melt,Cr increases the oxidation resistance and strength at elevated temperature.The results of tests showed that the proper contents of carbon in cast iron are in amounts ranging between 2 9 per cent and 3 1 per cent,Cr Content 1 0 per cent and 1 2 per cent.
