前进中的国家示范性高等职业院校建设(二)——记天津职业大学的改革成果

The Practice to Training the Teacher＇s Operational Ability According to the Model of Training in National Model Vocational College

本文依据示范校建设对教师的要求，对比国内高职院校的教师培养模式，结合本校示范校建设的实际情况，提出“企业制”培养模式，并在实践中推行，对教师进行职业能力的培养。本文详细阐述了模式的组成部分，并在实践中不断完善，最终形成全员化、制度化、长期化、终身化的“企业制”教师培养模式。

The paper raises the enterprise mode of training to teacher, and it is based on request of the ＂demonstration school＂, contrasting other vocation college in our country. At the same time, we train the teacher in their operational ability on the basis of the mode of training. The paper sets forth the component part of the mode in detail, and it will become whole, institutional, long-term, lifelong mode, and it will come perfect.
