用其它惰性物替代标准无烟煤测定炼焦用煤粘结指数的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对各种煤系用性物的灰分、挥发分、粒度、比表面积及煤/惰比等因素对炼焦用煤粘结指数的影响进行综合试验,并与专用标准无烟煤所测得的粘结指数进行对比,找出了与标准无烟煤所测得的粘结指教有良好相关性的其它惰性物。将选出的煤系用性物和专用标准无烟煤同步测定了武钢焦化厂生产用煤的粘结指数,建立了二者的相关方程,确认了煤系用性物替代专用无烟煤的良好效果。 The effect of ash content, volatile content, grain size, specific surface area and coal/inert ratio in the substance of different coal systems on the caking index of coking coal has been analysed. The other substance which has good correlation with the standard anthracite was faund out from the comparision of their caking indexes. The regressive equation is established by measuring the caking indexes of coal used in coking indexes of coal used in coking plant of WISCO with the standard anthracite and the sustance found out.
