摘要
通过低碳深冲钢的氧量的研究,提出了定氧加铝的最佳工艺路线(转炉吹炼一钢水预吹氩→定氧→加铝→补吹→保护浇注),并制订出根据钢水中的氧量加铝量,取得了酸溶铝的命中率达100%。
Based upon the study of oxygen content in low carbon deep - drawing steel, the optimum procedure of oxygen detection and aluminium feeding (LD)blowing →preliminary argonblowing→oxygen detecting→aluminium feeding→argon reblowing →pretocting castcing) was raised. And the feeding amount of aluminium according to the oxygen content in molten steel was worked out, thus to make the demand of the acid - soluble aluminium perfect.
