摘要
运用层次聚类分析(HCA)的方法,对国内主要进口等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)十九种常见元素测试数据元素计量指标进行归纳和分组,简化评价程序,建立一种从4组选取4个代表元素对发射光谱仪整体性能进行评价的方法,并通过文献数据进行证实,具有可行、合理、简便、全面的特点。该方法可作为检定规程元素选择的理论依据和用户购买和使用ICP-OES的评价参考。
Experiments were done to test the performance of major models of ICP-OES on sale by 19 elements standard solution. Cluster Analysis was applied to divide the elements into different groups. A method was established to describe the performance of ICP-OES by typical four elements from each group. This method was applied and tested by published data. Data showed that it is easily-operated, feasible, reasonable and complete. It can be considered as the theory basis of verification about elements selection and as the reference for purchase and evaluation of ICP-OES for use.
