To get high casting efficiency is the main problem we must consider in the technological reform of continuous casting in our country and the key for billet continuous caster is to realize high speed continuous casting.So the basic principle for reform of billet continuous caster is:improve the technique greatly affecting the casting speed,get the best technology result and greatest economic benefit with less fund.
