摘要
研究了热处理对30MnMoV(30MnV)钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,制定了3级锚链钢正火回火工艺,分析了两种钢的特征和组织,在此基础上合理选择了30MnMoV应用于锚链,并调整其成分含量。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30MnMoV and 30MnV steel were studied.The process of normalizing and tempering for 3 grade steel was established.The characteristics and microstructure of both kinds were analysed.On the basis of the above work 30MnMoV steel was reasonably selected for anchor chains and its composition content was adjusted.
