摘要
目的探讨甲醛灭菌组合物在低温真空状态下的灭菌效果。方法采用自研的140L低温真空甲醛灭菌箱,被灭菌器械装入灭菌箱内,灭菌介质采用自研的甲醛灭菌组合物,开启低温真空甲醛灭菌箱的程控灭菌程序,灭菌效果采用常规生物指示剂和PVD加强型生物指示剂进行监测。结果1%甲醛灭菌组合物在真空状态下,常规生物指示剂和PVD加强型生物指示剂全部呈阴性反应,对照菌管全部呈阳性反应,灭菌全部合格,灭菌合格率为100%。结论甲醛灭菌组合物在低温真空状态下穿透力强,能杀灭细长管道和器械腔隙内的所有微生物,适合对细长管道、多腔隙电动力器械、电子仪器和精密光学仪器的灭菌。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the sterilizing efficacy of the formaldehyde sterilized compound in low temperature vacuum appliance. METHODS The self-made low temperature vacuum formaldehyde sterilization box was used in the test. The instrument was wrapped in the sterilization box. The self-made formaldehyde sterilized compound was used as sterilizing medium. Turn on the program control sterilizing program of low temperature vacuum formaldehyde sterilization box. The sterilizing efficacy was tested with normal and PVD strengthened biological indicator. RESULTS 1% Formaldehyde sterilization components in a vacuum, the conventional biological indicator and PVD enhanced biological indicator were all negative and the bacteria tube in the control group showed positive reaction. All sterilization was qualified, the passing rate of sterilization was 100%. CONCLUSIONS The formaldehyde sterilized compound in low temperature vacuum appliance has strong penetrating power, can kill aU microorganisms in the thin long piping and the lacuna apparatus, which suits for the thin long piping, the more lacuna dynamoelectric apparatus, electronics instrument and precise optics instrument for sterilization.
