安钢系统节能优化用能降低吨钢综合能耗

摘要 安钢在“七五”、“八五”期间,通过回收二次能源,抓降低主要工序能耗、发展连铸、回收余热,同时从系统节能、优化用能的角度处理好五个关系,使吨钢综合能耗降低了581、4kgce,年平均节能率4.05%。 At the seventh and the eighth five years, Anyang Iron and Steel enterprise made its comprehensive energy consumption reduced by 581. 4kgce and its average energy saving efficiency increased to 4. 05 % by means of recovering secondary energy resources, reducing process energy consumption, improving concast, recovering suplus heat, and systematic energy saving and optimization.
