国土资源数据管理初探

Preliminary Study of Land and Resources Data Management

本文在分析国土资源数据及其管理特点的基础上,基于国土资源信息化和数据资源保护,将国土资源数据整体上分为资料数据、基础数据、业务数据、管理数据和元数据五类,提出了各类数据进行计算机管理的组织方法和采用的相关技术。由于国土资源数据环境的复杂性,本文中的观点难免出现错误和遗漏,望读者批评指正,共同推进国土资源数据管理信息化进程。

This paper first analyzes the characteristics of land and resources data and their management, and then divides land and resources data into the following five general categories： information data, basic data, business data, management data and metadata for the purpose of land and resources informatization and data protection. The method and related techniques of using computer to manage various data are proposed in this paper. Because the environment of land and resources data is complicated, it is hard to avoid mistakes in this paper and we hope the readers of this paper point out the problems in this paper and make efforts together with us to promote the informatization of land and resources data management.
