对新疆地区棉花打包钢丝断丝崩包问题的分析及提高钢丝质量的途径

To Analyse the Problem of the Breaking up of Cotton Baling Wire in Xinjiang Region and the Way of Improving the Quality of Steel Wires

针对新疆棉花在加工、包装、运输过程中出现的钢丝断丝“崩包”的质量问题,进行调查分析。制定了新疆地区专用棉花打包镀锌低碳钢丝企业标准,提高了钢丝的抗拉强度,伸长率达20％,反复弯曲数次达18次/180°以上。

Making investigation and analysis of the problem of breaking up cotton baling wires during the processing, packing and transporting of cotton in Xinjiang region. To work out a standard on galvanized low - carbon wires specially used for cotton baling in Xinjiang region and improve their tensile. The elongation rate is up to 20 percent and the repeated bending times arrives at more than 18 times per 180 degress.
