数学教师职业发展的现状与前景——来自南方的一组调查与分析 被引量:6

摘要 了解教师们在实施新课程中遇到的困惑、职业培训的现状、个人专业发展的抱负等问题,有利于培训者和教师本人了解数学教师教育的形势和问题,从而提高教师教育的针对性.我国南方地区的教师培训形式多样,但机会不均;培训内容,各不相同;面对新课程,教师在处理课程的衔接性方面,鼓励学生进行探究学习方面及帮助慢生化解疑难问题方面都遇到了很大挑战;虽然大部分教师都强烈希望成为专家型教师,但现实问题困扰多,化解阻力很大;教育部和学校都支持教师的进修和培训,但具体实施代价太大;随着课改的逐步实施,教师的科研意识日渐觉醒,对个人专业发展抱有巨大热情. Based on a group of surveys from South China, we try to find out the current situation of professional development of mathematics teachers' on the process of implementing the new curriculum of mathematics. What kinds of problems, baffles and challenges those they are facing? What kinds of ambitions of their teaching career? To know these, we can be able to make the teachers' education suitable for their needs. The forms of teachers' training are multiple, but their opportunities are not balance from different teachers of different districts. What direction of teachers' education should be emphasized? There are some contradictions in the choice of.content. How to implement the new philosophy of the curriculum? How to keep the succession of mathematics teaching and how to help slow learners to catch up with average level of learning mathematics? These are the maid challenges for mathematics teachers. Even the teachers are facing challenges and contradictions in the approach of professional development, their research senses are coming to themselves with the step of reformation of curriculum, most of them are trying to overcome the difficulties and keep to self further learning with a great ambition and high enthusiasm.
