This paper describes the simple and easy external treatment in small electric are furnace which is of little investment and fast yield results. Steel quality and productive capacity are increased. The practice and application results have shown that theexternal treatment measures may give a reference to steel-making process improvement and technical advancement for enterprises of the same kind.
