摘要
分析了二针夹面板弯曲件的工艺特点,确定了工步方案和模具结构。采用10°上抬预弯、90°向下弯曲和压平等工步,实现了80°钩形弯曲。模具结构采用自动送料、导料板导料、浮料钉抬料、双出件、可快速更换凸模和下模镶块等,模具的重复装配精度高,受力均衡,寿命长。
By analyzing the technological characteristics of the bending part of the two-pin file folder clip, its processing scheme and the die structure were determined. The 80° hook bending could be realized by 10° pre-bending upward, 90° bending downward and flatting. The die has automatic feeding structure, positioning board, lifting dowels. It could form two parts at one stroke, replace all punches and the bottom-die inserts rapidly, and it could also realize high assembling precision, balanced tool force and long tool life.
