摘要
在分析连铸过程中钢水过热度对连铸坯的内部质量和连铸机产量影响的基础上,以不改变现有连铸设备为前提,将原结晶器长水口改造为水冷长水口,降低钢水进入结晶器时的过热度,改善铸坯的中心偏析和内部质量,提高铸坯出结晶器时的厚度,以提高连铸机的拉速,从而提高连铸的内部质量和连铸机的产量。
Based on analysis that molten steel overheating effect on casting blank's inside quality and casting producing in casting process,this paper posed a method.For increasing casting's pull speed,castings inside quality and casting producing,it changed primary crystallizer long nozzle to water cooling nozzle based on modern casting equipment,reduced molten steel overheating before entering crystallizer,improved casting blank centre segregation and inside quality,increased the thickness that casting blank came out crystallizer.
