摘要 通过基于Pro/E的软件外挂PDX的电器接线卡零件的多工位级进模设计,介绍了运用PDX设计级进模的方法和步骤,分析了PDX设计过程中的难点和要点。应用Pro/E及其外挂PDX软件,实现了电器接线卡级进模的零件及组件的3D参数化设计,提高了设计效率,缩短了级进模开发周期。 A multi-position progressive die for the electrical equipment splicing part was designed based on Pro/E and its extensional software PDX. The method and steps to design progressive dies through the PDX software were introduced, and the difficulties and key points in designing process were analyzed. Using Pro/E and its extensional software PDX, the 3D parametric design of the parts and assemble of the progressive die for the splicing part was realized. By this way, design efficiency was promoted and the development cycle of progressive die was shortened.
