摘要
材料模型是影响汽车覆盖件冲压CAE分析精确度的重要因素。将国内外理论研究和工程应用相结合,分析了目前主流CAE软件中的所应用的材料模型,并给出了相关的理论、应用状况以及与试验的对比。同时通过结合国内外最新技术发展和汽车覆盖件模具企业的实际应用情况,对冲压CAE分析中材料模型在企业中的应用给出了经验指导和建议。
Material model was a crucial factor that could severely influence the simulation accuracy of automotive panel forming. Through combining the theoretic researches and engineering applications home and aboard, theories, applications and experiments related to material models in the mainstream CAE softwares were compared in this paper. According to the new developments and applications in the automotive panel die enterprises, some suggestions were presented about the application of material model in CAE analysis.
