摘要
简要介绍汽车检具的应用及UG NX的二次开发技术,并对包络体算法和检测面、孔的设计进行阐述,应用UG/Open开发技术在VS.NET环境中开发出汽车检具智能设计(KBE)系统,实现汽车检具设计的自动化和智能化。最后通过实例验证该系统的各功能。
Applications of car checking fixture and the secondary development tecnnology using UG NX were introduced briefly. The MPB algorithm was discussed, and design about surface and hole detection were also introduced. A KBE design system for car checking fixture was developed using UG/Open in the VS. NET environment. Automatic and intelligent designing of car checking fixture was realized. And all functions of this system were tested through examples finally.
