摘要
采用正交试验法,对Cr12MoV钢进行了研究,找出了Cr12MoV钢在脉冲电场作用下理想的球化退火新工艺参数,并进行了相应的新工艺试验。得到了Cr12MoV钢较理想的球化体组织,同时降低了Cr12MoV钢的退火加热温度,缩短了保温时间,其硬度可比常规等温球化退火低60HBS左右,更好地改善了Cr12MoV钢的切削加工性能。
Through orthogonal experiments, the ideal parameters in the spheroidizing annealing process of Cr12MoV steel under electric impulse were found. And corresponding experiments were conducted, in which better spheroidized microstructure of Cr12MoV steel had been obtained with lower heating temperature and shorter holding time. Meanwhile, the hardness of Cr12MoV steel through new process had been lowered by 60 HBS comparing to that through ordinary annealing process, which would greatly improve the machining performance of Cr12MoV steel.
