胰岛素对新发2型糖尿病患者高血糖毒性的治疗作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨新发2型糖尿病患者高血糖毒性分析。方法45例新发2型糖尿病患者分为口服药物治疗组和胰岛素治疗组,胰岛素使用诺和灵30R笔芯早、晚餐前30min皮下注射,口服药物使用常规降糖药物,疗程3个月,治疗前后测定空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胰岛素(Ins)、C-肽(C-P)释放曲线。结果观察3个月后,胰岛素治疗组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胰岛素(Ins)、C-肽(C-P)释放曲线及血糖、糖化血红蛋白达标率较口服药治疗组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新发2型糖尿病患者存在高血糖毒性时应用胰岛素治疗,可使血糖、糖化血红蛋白尽快达标,尽早恢复胰岛β细胞的功能。
