摘要 以(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,用化学氧化法在纳米TiO2颗粒表面包覆聚苯胺薄膜,通过静电自组装方法简单、快捷地制备了一种新型的复合光催化剂PW12/PANI/TiO2,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对光催化剂进行了表征.同时,利用甲基橙的降解实验对催化剂的性能进行了评价.结果表明,该光催化剂具有很高的催化活性,90min时甲基橙的脱色率达到98%以上,降解反应符合一级动力学方程和Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模型. A novel photocatalyst,nanocomposite PW12/PANI/TiO2 is successfully prepared using a chemical oxidation method with(NH4)2S2O8 as an oxidant to form polyaniline-wrapped TiO2 nanoparticles and then by an electrostatic assembly of PW123-anions.The photocatalyst materials are characterized by Fourier transformation infrared spectra(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)techniques,respectively.This new photocatalyst exhibits very high photocatalytic activities to decompose methyl orange(MO) in aqueous system under visible light irradiation, and within 90 min the decolorization rate of the dye exceeds 98%. It is also showed that the degradation reaction obeys first-order dynamic equation and Langmuir-Hinshelwood dynamic model.
