摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制得了复合催化剂ZnO-TiO2-SiO2,采用XRD和FT-IR进行了表征,并对其催化合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的活性进行了测试.结果表明,ZnO-TiO2-SiO2催化剂在焙烧温度为350℃,催化剂用量为反应体系总质量的2%,反应时间为6h,反应温度为160℃,甲醇与尿素摩尔比为14时,DMC的最高收率为12.3%.
ZnO-TiO2-SiO2 composite powder catalysts are prepared using sol-gel method and characterized by FT-IR and XRD.The catalytic activity of these catalysts for synthesis of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)through alcoholysis of urea is investigated.Under conditions of calcining temperature 350 ℃,amount of ZnO-TiO2-SiO2 2% on weight basis of reaction mixture,reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature 160 ℃,molar ratio of methanol to urea 14,the maximum yield of DMC reaches 12.3%.
