摘要
用离子交换法制备了Al柱撑坡缕石,以SO42-改性得到了SO24-/Al-PGS固体超强酸催化剂,将其用于对柠檬酸三丁酯的催化合成.结果表明,在反应温度140℃,柠檬酸和正丁醇的摩尔比为1∶5,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的9.5%,反应6h后酯化率可达93.0%.
An aluminium pillared palygorskite is prepared by ion exchange,and then it is modified by SO4^2- to achieve the SO4^2-/Al-PGS solid super acid.Tributyl citrate is synthesized using SO4^2-/Al-PGS as catalyst.The results of the experiment indicate that as the molar ratio of citrate acid to butanol is 1∶5,the weight of catalyst is 9.5% of citrate acid,the reaction time is 6 h and temperature of the reaction is 140 ℃,the yield of tributyl citrate has reached 93.0%.
