摘要
采用实验与模型计算相结合的方法,对Q235钢的杨氏弹性模量进行了研究,通过Gleeble1500热模拟机对700~1400℃温度区间的杨氏弹性模量进行了测量,每100℃取1个测量值,通过拟合得到连续曲线;1400℃至零强度温度(ZST)使用Tszeng模型计算,体现液相区的真实力学行为。将得到的杨氏模量结果运用于连铸二冷段的热力耦合模拟,得到的结果与实测结果一致。
Young's modulus of elasticity of steel Q235 is studied by the methods of experiment and model calculation. Young's modulus of elasticity of Q235 steel at 700-1400℃ is measured by Gleeble 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The continuous curve is fitted by the measured values at spaced temperature which is 100℃. From 1400℃ to the temperature of ZST, Young's modulus of elasticity of Q235 steel which is the true representation at liquid phase is calculated by model of Tszeng. The results grained by Young's modulus of elasticity adopted in thermo-mechanical coupling simulation of the slab width change in continuous casting process consists with the measured value.
