Comprehensive evaluation of technology and psychology for young women softball pitcher in China

在对我国多名青年女垒投手专项技战术与心理能力诸项指标实地测试的基础上,运用RSR秩和比原理和模糊综合评判法,建立起青年女垒投手专项技战术与心理综合量化测评指标及模型.结果表明,该模型能对青年女垒投手专项技战术与心理的综合能力及各类、各项构成因素进行定量描述检查和评价.检验证明,该模型可作为一种预测和控制训练的辅助手段,帮助教练员改进与调整训练施控因素,实现训练过程的最优化控制.

On the basis of the field testing about the comprehensive capacity of technology and psychology for young women softball pitcher, by using RSR and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the softball pitcher special comprehensive technical and psychological evaluation indicators and quantitative model are established. The results show it can be used to assess the comprehensive capacity of training level of technical and psychological for young women softball pitcher in China, and various factors constitute a quantitative description of inspection and evaluation. The practice has proved that it can be used as a prediction and control of training aid to help coaches to improve training facilities, adjust control factors and training process in order to achieve optimal control.
