摘要
肝脏是人体最大的实质性脏器,虚拟肝脏切割技术对临床手术有重要的指导意义.提出了一种基于Open Inventor,利用肝脏的CT(Computed tomography)扫描数据集进行三维重建并实现虚拟肝脏切割的方法.在肝脏三维可视化的基础上,实现了任意角度对虚拟肝脏进行切割和切割面结构的显示.实验结果表明,该方法能够很好的提高肝脏手术切割平面的可视化,有利于术前的手术设计、提高手术效果.
Liver is the maximal substantiality organ of our body,and the technology of virtual liver surgery cutting is very important for clinical. According to the data set of sanned CT(Computed Tomography)on liver,in this paper,a method to reconstruct a three-dimension liver and realize virtual liver cutting base on Open Inventor is proposed, After the 3D visualization human liver model was reconstructed,any angle of the structures reconstructed could be resected conveniently. Finally, the struction of cutting surface can be showed. This method is turned out to get expected purpose,and it can be good for surgery.
