双金属复合轧制变形特点及前滑过程研究 被引量:1

摘要 在实验研究的基础上,讨论了双金属复合板带轧制时运动学过程,讨论了轧制时的变形特点,初步确定了前滑与轧制速度之间的关系,得出了轧件不对称轧制时的变形规律,并推导出不对称轧制时任一截面上轧件水平速度的计算公式。 This paper discusses the kinematics course of rolling the double metal composite plate and strip and the plastic deformation characteristic of rolling. It confirms the relation of forward slip with plastic deformation rate, forward slip with rolling speed. The paper got the plastic deformation law at unsymmetry rolling and deduces the formula of level speed of rolling unit in any section at unsymmetry rolling.
